SHIPPING POLICY

Where we ship: We ship within the United States and to Canada.

Cost: US orders ship for $10, and orders of $80 or more ship free. Canada orders ship for a flat $20.

Delivery time: Most US orders arrive in 3–7 business days after they ship. Canada orders take 7–21 days.

Pre-orders: Some products are sold as pre-orders. The expected shipping time is shown on the product page (for example, "ships within 4 weeks"). If you order a pre-order item with in-stock items, we may ship them together when the pre-order item is ready.

Handmade products: Our scrubs, soaps, oils and masks are made by hand in small batches, so colors and textures can vary slightly from jar to jar.

Lost or damaged packages: If your package arrives damaged or never arrives, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will make it right.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

For hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns of skin and hair care products that have been opened or used.

Unopened products: You may return unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Shipping costs are not refunded, and return shipping is paid by the customer.

Damaged or wrong items: If an item arrives damaged, leaking, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we will send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping.

Pre-orders: You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund any time before it ships.

Subscriptions: You can cancel a subscription at any time before the next renewal. Orders that have already been charged or shipped follow the return rules above.

Consultations: Virtual consultations can be rescheduled or canceled up to 24 hours before the appointment.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we approve them.

Products and use: Our products are cosmetic and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always do a patch test before first use, and stop using a product if irritation occurs. If you are pregnant, nursing, or have a medical condition, check with your doctor before use.

Consultations: Virtual consultations offer general skincare guidance and are not a medical diagnosis or a substitute for care from a licensed physician.

Prices and availability: Prices are in US dollars and do not include sales tax, which is calculated at checkout. We may change prices, products, or these terms at any time. If a product becomes unavailable after you order, we will refund you.

Content: The text, photos, logos, and videos on this site belong to Lulu Medspa & Wellness and may not be copied without permission.

Liability: To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

What we collect: When you place an order, book a consultation, or contact us, we collect the information you give us, such as your name, email, phone number, shipping address, and order details. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we do not store your full card number.

How we use it: To process and ship your orders, provide consultations, answer your questions, and, if you choose to sign up, send you news and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Sharing: We share your information only with the services that help us run our store, such as our website platform (Wix), payment processors, and shipping carriers. We never sell your personal information.

Cookies: Our website uses cookies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use the site. You can control cookies in your browser settings.
